1. Sending Your Equipment to Us
- Pack your equipment securely to prevent damage in transit. Repocket Lacrosse is not responsible for items damaged or lost during inbound shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number.
- Ship to the address provided at checkout or via email confirmation.
2. Processing & Turnaround Time
- Turnaround times vary based on service type and current availability. Book your appointment at [BookX link] to see real-time availability and estimated completion dates.
- Rush processing may be available — select the rush option when booking or contact us at orders@getrepocketed.com.
- We'll communicate any unexpected delays promptly.
3. Return Shipping to You
- Return shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced after service is complete.
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking included.
- Repocket Lacrosse is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package has been handed off.
4. Local Pickup (Bend, OR)
- Local pickup is available in Bend, OR by appointment.
- Select "Local Pickup" at checkout or book via https://getrepocketed.com/a/quiqr to arrange.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
- If your equipment arrives back to you damaged, contact us within 48 hours at orders@getrepocketed.com with photos.
- We'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
6. International Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis — reach out before ordering.
