2. Services We provide lacrosse restringing, refurbishment, and related equipment services. All work is performed by experienced stringers. Results may vary based on equipment condition received.
3. Mail-In Services
- You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping your equipment to us.
- Repocket Lacrosse is not liable for damage caused during inbound shipping.
- We will notify you if equipment arrives in a condition that affects our ability to complete the requested service.
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during peak tournament season.
4. Payments
- Full payment is required before work begins or before equipment is returned.
- We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.
- Prices are listed in USD.
5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details. Service refunds are not issued once work has begun; defective workmanship will be corrected at no charge within 10 days of receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability Repocket Lacrosse's liability is limited to the cost of the service purchased. We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment damage, loss during shipping, or consequential damages.
