Shipping

How do I place a mail-in order?

Purchase a restringing service on our site, package your head in a padded envelope or small box, and ship it to us in Bend, OR. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you can follow it on the way in.

What are the shipping options?

Standard shipping is $8.00. Express shipping is $15.00. Return shipping is included in the price of all mail-in services — we ship your head back to you game-ready.

How should I package my head?

Place your head in a poly bag mailer or padded envelope. Remove it from the shaft first — head only. Print a shipping label or get one at your local shipping location. Include a note with your order number and any preferences.

Can I include notes or special requests?

Yes — include a note inside your package or add special instructions in the order notes at checkout. We read every one.

Can I send multiple heads in one shipment?

Yes! You can send multiple heads in a single package. Just make sure each head is clearly labeled with your order details. See our Team & Family Discounts page for bundle savings.

Do I need to remove the old string before sending?

No need — just send it as-is. We'll remove the old string as part of the restringing process.

Services & Mesh

Can I choose my mesh type?

With our Signature service, premium mesh is included — specify your string color preference. With Your Build Your Style, you supply your own mesh (any brand, any type) and we handle the stringing.

What condition should my head be in?

We can restring most heads in any condition. If your head has significant damage, we'll reach out before proceeding so you know what to expect.

Do you offer team or bulk discounts?

Yes — family bundles discount automatically at checkout (5% for 2 heads, 10% for 3, 15% for 4+). For team and club orders, contact us directly for custom pricing. View discount details →
