Shipping
How do I place a mail-in order?
Order a Custom Restring and choose Mail-In. We email you a prepaid label within 1 business day. Put your head in a poly bag, tape on the label and drop it off.
What does shipping cost?
Mail-in is $70: the same $50 stringing as drop-off, plus $20 for shipping both ways (your prepaid label to us and tracked shipping back). Goalie mail-in is $85 ($65 + $20). Heads, gear and kits ship free on orders of $75 or more; under $75 it's $8 Standard or $15 Express. Local pickup in Bend is free.
How fast will I get it back?
Once your head arrives, we string it and ship it back within 2–3 business days, with tracking. Store orders ship within 1–2 business days.
How should I package my head?
Remove it from the shaft first, head only. Use a poly bag, and include a note with your order number and any preferences.
Can I include notes or special requests?
Yes. Add them in the order notes at checkout or include a note in your package. We read every one.
Can I send multiple heads in one shipment?
Yes. Put a note with each head's order details. Teams and clubs, see team and club options.
Do I need to remove the old string?
No. Send it as-is and we'll remove it.
Services and mesh
Is mesh included?
Yes. Restrings start at $50 with mesh and strings included. Pick your mesh type and color when you order: boys 10 diamond, 6 diamond runner, 6 diamond wide or hard mesh; girls 6 diamond runner or 6 diamond wide; goalie 12 diamond. A leather runner (+$10) is available on the 6 diamond runner.
Can I send my own mesh?
Yes. Want a premium mesh we don't stock? Email us before you order and send it in with your head.
Can you adjust my pocket later?
Yes. Every pocket is built with the Repocket Sidewall System, so it can be fine-tuned for more whip or more hold without a full restring.
What condition should my head be in?
We can restring most heads. If yours has significant damage, we'll contact you before going ahead.
Do you offer team or club discounts?
Yes. Email us and we'll set up a club code so each family can order and send in their own head.
