Step 1: Place Your Order
Start by choosing your service on our website — either the Signature Pocket (we supply the runner mesh) or Your Build, Your Style (you supply your own mesh). At checkout, note your color preferences for sidewalls and shooting strings, and your preferred pocket depth (Low, Mid, or High).
Step 2: Ship Your Head to Us
After placing your order, we'll provide our Bend, OR lab address. Pack your head securely and ship it to us using any carrier — USPS, UPS, FedEx, or whatever works best for you. If you're doing the YBYS service, include your mesh in the package.
Step 3: We Build Your Pocket
Once we receive your head, we get to work. We string your pocket to your exact specifications — your mesh, your colors, your depth. Every pocket is lab-inspected for legality and tension consistency before it leaves our hands.
Step 4: We Ship It Back — On Us
Return shipping is included in the price of every mail-in service. We'll ship your head back within 1–2 business days of receiving it. You'll get it back fast, strung right, and ready to play.
